I don`t do yoga, but I found other ways to put the pounds on..
Pretzels will pack on calories.. Be careful.

actuallly it will just stretch your neck..i wonder if i do yoga that i wont shrink like my grandma did as i age..in fact perhaps i would grow

can being an upside pretzel be good for bipedalists? I dont know about you but i put on 4 pounds doing yoga Well at the gym I go to they have classes I just don't have time for it. Running, zine n, drink n, text n , working and such takes too much time. I really want to do it and when I have time I peek in the door and the class is full of woman. I'm thinking, they will think I'm there just to look at all the butts and stuff so I don't go in, I just act like I'm in the wrong room and quickly "peek back out"

all yoga has done for me is suck up 4 hours a week of my life and make me feel like a hippie
