I'm home today getting all my stuff here cleaned up and organized. Maybe I'll come across some stuff to E bay. I have SO many things I'm studying for right now, I can't keep track of anything. I'm getting certified in Use of Deadly Force, by FEMA for emergency management, brushing up on my basic Tai Chi skills to teach my daughter, learning 3 languages, and taking in as much nutrition info as I can. I also learned how to do some plumbing and carpet laying over the weekend due to a flooding basement.
I was recalling the first time I met Colleen at the Jacoby's show. Who was this crazy girl jumping around on the stage. How do we follow an act like that? I didnt get to talk to the rest of the band until Impalerfest later that year, and then figured i had found a group that would not only give us some good entertainment, but some really good times together. Cool group to just be around.
I really miss the days when we would have all our bands together and do those all day and night jams. I didnt even care about actually performing, but just liked having all of us together because we would come up with the funniest shit to say.
OK, enough sentimental sobbings, I have to go learn how to kill people now.

I remember the first time I met Colleen and the band - it was in Hamtramck at (I think) Paychecks. We played to a mostly empty house, except for the band members, and had just finished our set. I'd bolted to the bar for a post-set refreshment when this really odd woman started talking to me, which surprised me because usually the only women who talk to me are the ward nurses or the voices in my head...
Anyway, when you guys went on it was quite a show - I hadn't had my ears pinned-back like that since I sat in the second row for a Pharoah Saunders show (I know, wrong genre, but PS is great). I learned that night to always try and go on before Choking Susan. It's a brave band that follows a show like you guys put on!
Anyway, I had a great time that night and at all the subsequent shows. You're one of my all time favorite bands! ;D

Seems Colleen felt it important that she send someone in here to do her dirty work and sign up and then read whats posted in the members only threads, what they possibly got from it meaning "good Info" I dont know, it is patheic she has nothing better to do then set up a young innocent person who trusts her to do something so dirty for her, it amazes me how she has nothing better to do with her time then be so worried what we are saying.
The member name was Gaara and I know who it was, they did this at like 4am the other morning.
